Join a women's fitness group for support and fun
| I encourage and organize women to exercise regularly through walking or running in a group. In our groups, we offer breast cancer survivors free membership because we know that movement and regular exercise can make a difference in recovery as well as prevention. I'm a bc survivor and I want all women to keep the quality of their lives high. Fitness that includes fun and friendship is a WOW experience. My free weekly e-zine is http://TheWeeklyPepTalk.com. Thanks! |

Running, Riding. Swimming
I go running with my dog at the park by my house. I have an old 10-speed and I love exploring new neighborhoods that way. Especially in the fall. Whenever I go back to Austin, I go swimming at Barton Springs or in one of the many lakes and rivers.
